Разработаны критерии диагностической значимости оценки тяжести генерализованного пародонтита, развивающегося на фоне гиперлипидемии. Результаты проведенных исследований по изучению особенностей липидного обмена, гормонального статуса и белков, участвующих в защитной системе пародонта, а также состояния микроциркуляции позволили предложить патогенетически обоснованный способ лечения заболеваний пародонта, который обогатит арсенал врача. Клиническая апробация предложенного метода лечения помогла определить рекомендации к его применению.

the particularities lipids exchange, of the hormonal status and squirrel, participating in defensive system of parodontium, conditions microcirculation have allowed to motivate and offer the pathogenesis motivated way of the treatment of the diseases of parodontium, which will enrich the arsenal of the physician in choice of the method of the treatment. The clinical approbation of the offered method of the treatment has allowed defining the recommendations to its using.
