В клинике ортопедической стоматологии выявлены жалобы пациентов на боль в смежных областях головы и шеи. Цель работы заключалась в исследовании частоты выявления мышечно-фасциальных болевых синдромов (МФБС) различной локализации и интенсивности у взрослых пациентов с аномалиями и деформациями прикуса. Мягкотканные и костные структуры краниального и лицевого отделов головы, шеи и плечевого пояса анатомо-топографически и функционально взаимосвязаны. Нарушения в зубочелюстном комплексе оказывают существенное влияние на формирование МФБС в смежных областях.
The complaints of the pain in the adjacent areas of the head and neck were reveled in patients in clinic of orthopedic stomatology. The aim of our work was to investingate the frequency of the revealing of the muscular-facial painful syndromes (MFPS) of different locality and intensity in adults with anomaly and deformity of the bite. The soft-tissue and bone structures of cranial and facial areas of the head, neck and shoulder girdle are interconnected, anatomy-topographically and functionally. The disturbances of the maxilla-dental complex influence on the formation of MFPS in the adjacent areas significantly.
